Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10

These terms apply to the international route subscription service provided by VPNSort. They set out the scope of the service, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, billing and refunds, liability, and how account termination is handled. By registering for or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Service scope and coverage

VPNSort provides a subscription service for cross-border access: users reach overseas websites and apps through the international routes the service selects for them. Coverage spans 100+ countries and 250+ routes, grouped by region and route type; the regions and route types actually available are those listed on the routes page and inside the client.

The service does not sell or guarantee accounts or content on any third-party website or app. Whether a third-party service is reachable depends on that service's own regional policy; what the service is responsible for is keeping the network path open and the routes available.

Clients cover five platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client downloads and subscription profiles are all obtained from the user panel after signing in; the service does not issue subscription URLs to visitors who are not signed in.

Account and subscription usage rules

Signing up requires only a username and password, with no email address. You are responsible for keeping your account safe; any traffic consumed or subscription lost because a password was leaked is borne by the account holder.

  • There is no limit on simultaneous devices: one account can be used on several devices at the same time.
  • A subscription is for the account holder and devices within their household only. Reselling, renting out, redistributing, or disclosing the subscription URL and configuration to third parties in any form is not permitted.
  • Do not post subscription links in forums, chat groups, code repositories or any other public channel, and do not distribute configurations in bulk with scripts.
  • Traffic resets every month on the day the plan was activated; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.

Where resale or public sharing of a subscription is detected, the service may suspend the subscription on that account and, after verification, decide whether to restore it.

Acceptable use

When using the service, you must comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction and with the terms of service of any third-party service you access.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Sending spam, phishing content or malicious promotions;
  • Scanning, attacking or interfering with other people's hosts and networks;
  • Distributing illegal content or infringing the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Online fraud, money laundering and other illegal activity.

The service is not responsible for the content users access through its routes. Where a lawful request is received from a competent authority, or there is clear evidence that an account has been used for the activities above, the service may suspend or terminate the subscription on that account.

Billing, refunds and subscription changes

Plan prices are set out on the pricing page; the tiers currently on sale are:

  • Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month for 250GB; ¥28/month for 500GB.
  • Data packs (use them up, they never expire): ¥158/300GB; ¥358/1000GB; ¥658/3000GB.

Payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Monthly plan traffic resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days.

Refunds: a full refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment, no reason required. Refunds go back through the original payment channel, and how long they take depends on that channel's processing; requests can be submitted in the user panel.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as is. Cross-border routes are affected by upstream data centre maintenance, regional network conditions and changes to international connectivity, so a route may be briefly unavailable; the service restores them as quickly as it can but does not promise a specific uptime percentage or fixed bandwidth figure.

Problems caused by your own network environment, device faults, client misconfiguration, or a third-party service's own regional policy are outside the scope of the service's faults.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; liability for any single subscription is capped at the amount actually paid for that subscription.

Account termination and changes to the terms

You may stop using the service at any time; a subscription you have already purchased stays valid until it expires or its traffic runs out.

The service may suspend or terminate the subscription on an account in the following cases:

  • Reselling, renting out or publicly sharing subscription URLs and configurations;
  • Using the service for any of the prohibited activities set out in the Acceptable use section of these terms;
  • Repeatedly requesting refunds on false grounds;
  • Attacking, or attempting to attack, the service's systems and routes.

These terms are updated as the service changes. The updated version is published on this page with the month of the last update and takes effect from the date of publication; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions about these terms, sign in and submit them through the ticket page in the user panel.

These terms sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how the service collects and uses information.
